We would also provide this information to any insurance regulatory agency when required, and any government entity or authorized person as required by law.
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former customers except as permitted by law. Also, we do not sell or share customer lists with telemarketing firms.
We seek to maintain the confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information. This information is used solely by those employees who need to know that information for the purpose of providing products and services to you. We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in place to maintain the confidentiality and security of information in our printed and electronic records.
